Personal DNA Paternity Testing

Designed to be the most convenient, confidential and qualified method of determining paternity available, the GeneTree DNA Testing Center DNA specimen collection kit was the first to be used in the convenience of your own home.

Once you receive your DNA testing kit, you will collect the cheek cell specimens. The cheek cells contain the DNA that will be tested. These specimens are easily collected when and where you want, using GeneTree’s proprietary GeneSwab DNA Collection kit. Once the specimens are collected, you will simply send your samples to our DNA testing laboratory. The system is easy-to-understand and guaranteed to achieve results indicating probabilities of 100% for exclusions and greater than 99.9% for inclusions.

Steps To Determine Paternity for Personal Purposes

·	Request the GeneSwab DNA Specimen Collection Kit for DNA Paternity Testing.

Follow the easy instructions to swab cheek cell specimens from the alleged father, child and mother (mother's specimens are optional). ·	Either prepay or send payment with the DNA specimens to be analyzed to GeneTree DNA Testing Center DNA Testing Center. Standard service results are usually available between 7 - 9 days, and will be provided by email, telephone, mail and/or fax.

Attention New York State Residents: New York State Law requires that all DNA paternity tests including a participant in the State of New York must include a Doctor's prescription (or a court order) and a documented chain-of-custody for all the specimens. Personal and/or anonymous DNA testing is prohibited in the State of New York. GeneTree does not provide DNA testing for New York State residents. New York State residents are encouraged to call GeneTree for a referral to a NYSDOH accredited laboratory.
